- How many guests does Powderhorn on Pine sleep?
- Up to five guests. The home has two bedrooms and three beds: a queen in one bedroom and a twin-over-queen bunk in the other. There are two bathrooms.
- Is the house really 3D-printed?
- Yes. Powderhorn on Pine is Colorado’s first 3D-printed home. VeroTouch printed the concrete wall system layer by layer with a COBOD BOD2 construction printer, and the printed layers are left exposed inside. The roof, windows, utilities, porch, fixtures, and finishes were added through the rest of the construction process.
- Where is the house, and can I walk to town?
- The house is on East Pine Street in Buena Vista, Colorado. Downtown Buena Vista, South Main, the Arkansas River, and the town trail system are all within walking distance.
- Where do I park?
- Free street parking is available along East Pine Street.
- Does the house have air conditioning?
- Yes. The home has ductless air conditioning and ductless heating, plus ceiling fans.
- Is the home single level?
